If you’re an an exhibitor, expos and trade shows present a unique opportunity to showoff wares and market services. You’re paying an entry fee. Perhaps you’re also buying new banners and presentation
cases. Don’t you owe it to yourself to make sure you’re using the right words to promote your business? That’s where I can help.
If you need assistance writing the speech you’ll be presenting at an expo seminar, I can lend a hand there as well.
When I was starting as a commercial writer, I read about a nearby business to business event.
I made a modest investment in company pendant, plastic display items, and, voila: I was an exhibitor. Had a couple of calls right after the expo from people in one particular city. Seems the head of their chamber of commerce, who’s since become a friend, had taken a handful of my brochures when I wasn’t looking and put them on display at his organization.

Are you an event administrator? Consider my services when you need the right words to publicize all manner of conventions and forums. The publicity and ads for expos and tradeshows can make the difference between just an okay event and rewriting the record books for attendance.
And if it’s a first time happening? Be sure the copy you use to get the word out to prospective exhibitors AND attendees is spot on. This is one of the most target-sensitive areas of marketing. Do it right!
